Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping Times: All online orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 days of receipt, excluding Saturday, Sundays and Holidays. For orders placed between 10:30 AM on Friday and 10:30 AM on Monday, they will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping rates: Shipping is free for orders of ₹701 or more. We ship nationwide through Delhivery and Bluedart. For orders below ₹700, we add a small delivery charge of ₹150. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently we do not offer Cash on delivery(COD) on our orders.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. We would be unable to change the shipping address once the order is shipped.

Delivery Timeframes: We strive to deliver your orders promptly. Typical shipping times for Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities are between 2-4 business days from the date of shipping. All other cities and remote locations might experience longer shipping durations. If you haven't received your package within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@oona.life or +91 63999 12525 providing your name and order number. We will investigate and provide assistance to ensure a seamless delivery experience. During festivals, shipments might be delayed by a few days.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery: We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by . If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Oona will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

In-Factory Pickup: For our customers who prefer to pick up from our factory in Ranikhetou can collect your order between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, any day of the week. Please remember to bring your order confirmation email when you visit our factory.

International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not provide international shipping options at this time.
